Ordering & Payment

Which payment methods do you accept?
We accept iDEAL, Bancontact, Klarna (pay afterwards or in installments), credit card (Visa, Mastercard), and bank transfer. For bank transfers, your order will only be shipped after receipt of payment.

Do I need an account to order?
No. You can check out as a guest. Creating an account does have advantages: faster checkout, viewing order history, and quicker return requests.

Can I still change my order?
Before shipping: yes, email us as soon as possible at info@europe-lighting.nl. Not after shipping — then you will need to return the product.

Shipping & Delivery

How quickly will my order be delivered?
We usually ship in-stock items within 24 hours. Delivery in the Netherlands: 1–3 business days. Belgium: 2–4 business days. Germany: 3–5 business days. See the shipping page for details.

How much does shipping cost?
Netherlands: free from €100, below that amount €5.95. Belgium and Germany: free from €150. See the shipping page.

Will my order be delivered all at once?
In most cases, yes. When combining stock and order items, it can sometimes be delivered in partial shipments — we will communicate this in advance.

Returns & Warranty

Can I return my order?
Yes, within 30 days of receipt. The product must be unused and in its original packaging. Full procedure: see returns page.

What is the warranty period?
All products come with a manufacturer's warranty. The period varies per brand and product — it is stated on the product page.

What if my product arrives defective?
Within 7 days of receipt, email photos of the damage plus your order number to info@europe-lighting.nl. We will arrange a free replacement or return.

Products

Are your LED lamps dimmable?
That varies per product. Each product page indicates whether the item is dimmable and, if so, with what type of dimmer (driver dimmer, phase dimmer, triac, etc.).

Which light color (Kelvin) should I choose?
For living areas (living room, bedroom): 2700K (warm white). For functional areas (kitchen, bathroom, office): 3000–4000K (neutral white). For outdoor lighting with better visibility: 4000K.

Do you have a B2B portal?
