We ship your order with care from the Netherlands. Below you'll find everything you need to know about delivery, costs, and lead times.
Shipping Costs
| Netherlands — free from €100 | Under €100: €5.95 |
| Belgium — free from €150 | Under €150: €9.95 |
| Germany — free from €150 | Under €150: €12.95 |
For delivery outside the Benelux or Germany: please contact us for a shipping quote.
Delivery Time
- Netherlands: 1–3 business days after shipment
- Belgium: 2–4 business days after shipment
- Germany: 3–5 business days after shipment
In-stock items are usually shipped within 24 hours of ordering. For items delivered by special order, the expected delivery time is stated on the product page.
Track & Trace
As soon as your order has been shipped, you will receive a track & trace link by email, which you can use to follow your parcel.
Large or Special Products
Different shipping rates and delivery times apply for large fixtures, light poles, or project deliveries. You will be informed separately about this. For B2B project deliveries: please see the B2B page.
Not home?
Our parcels are delivered by PostNL and DPD. If you are not home, the parcel will be delivered to a neighbor or taken to a pick-up point.
