Returns & exchanges

Not entirely satisfied with your purchase? No worries. You can return your order free of charge within 30 days of receipt.

How to return an item?

1. Register your return by sending an email to info@europe-lighting.nl with your order number and which items you wish to return.
2. Carefully pack the product in its original packaging, with all accessories and documentation.
3. Send the package to the return address you receive by email. The cost of the return shipment is for your account, unless the product is defective or we made a mistake.
4. Wait for confirmation. Once we have received and checked your return, you will receive your money back within 5 working days to the same account you used for payment.

Return conditions

• The product is unused and in original condition
• The product is in its original packaging, including all accessories
• Return is registered within 30 days of receipt
• The product has not been custom-made, assembled or modified for you (applies to custom-made and project deliveries)

Received defective or damaged?

Please send us an email within 7 days of receipt with photos of the damage and the order number. We will then arrange a free replacement product or a return. In that case, the return costs will be for our account.

Exchanges

Do you want to exchange a product for a different model or size? Return the original according to the procedure above and place a new order for the desired product. We do not use a separate exchange procedure — this is the fastest way.

Warranty

All products come with a manufacturer's warranty. The warranty period varies by brand and product. In case of defects within the warranty period, we will resolve it free of charge through repair or replacement.
