We carefully ship your order from the Netherlands. Below, you’ll find everything you need to know about delivery, costs, and delivery times.
Shipping costs
| Netherlands — free from €100 | Under €100: €5.95 |
| Belgium — free from €150 | Under €150: €9.95 |
| Germany — free from €150 | Under €150: €12.95 |
For delivery outside the Benelux or Germany, please contact us for a shipping quote.
Delivery time
- Netherlands: 1–3 business days after dispatch
- Belgium: 2–4 business days after dispatch
- Germany: 3–5 business days after dispatch
In-stock items are usually dispatched within 24 hours of ordering. For made-to-order items, the expected delivery time is stated on the product page.
Track & trace
As soon as your order has been dispatched, you’ll receive a track & trace link by email so you can track your package.
Large or special products
Different shipping rates and delivery times apply to large fixtures, light poles, or project deliveries. You will be informed separately. For B2B project deliveries, see the B2B page.
Not at home?
Our packages are delivered by PostNL and DPD. If you’re not at home, the package will be delivered to your neighbors or taken to a pickup point.
