We ship your order carefully from the Netherlands. Below you will find everything you need to know about delivery, costs, and processing times.

Shipping costs

Netherlands: free from €100	Under €100: €6,95
European Union: free from €100	Under €100: €9,95
Outside the EU	€39,95 per order

Delivery time

• Netherlands: 1 to 3 business days after shipping
• Belgium: 2 to 4 business days after shipping
• Germany: 3 to 5 business days after shipping

In-stock items are usually shipped within 24 hours of ordering. For items supplied on order, the expected delivery time is stated on the product page.

Track & trace

As soon as your order has been shipped, you will receive a track & trace link by email that you can use to track your package.

Large or special products

Different shipping rates and delivery times apply to large fixtures, light poles, or project deliveries. You will be informed separately about this. For B2B project deliveries, see the B2B page.

Not at home?

Our packages are delivered by PostNL and DPD. If you are not at home, the package will be delivered to your neighbors or taken to a pickup point.
