Not completely satisfied with your purchase? No worries. You can return your order free of charge within 30 days of receipt.

How does returning an item work?

1. Register your return by emailing info@europe-lighting.nl with your order number and the items you want to return.
2. Pack the product carefully in its original packaging, including all accessories and documentation.
3. Send the package to the return address you will receive by email. Return shipping costs are your responsibility, unless the product is defective or we made an error.
4. Wait for confirmation. Once we have received and inspected your return, you will receive your refund within 5 business days in the same account you used for payment.

Return conditions

• The product is unused and in its original condition
• The product is in its original packaging, including all accessories
• The return is registered within 30 days of receipt
• The product was not specifically made, assembled, or modified for you (applies to custom-made products and project deliveries)

Received a defective or damaged product?

Send us an email within 7 days of receipt with photos of the damage and your order number. We will arrange a replacement product or return free of charge. In this case, we will cover the return shipping costs.

Exchanges

Would you like to exchange a product for another model or size? Return the original product according to the procedure above and place a new order for the desired product. We do not have a separate exchange procedure — this is the fastest option.

Warranty

All products are supplied with a manufacturer's warranty. The warranty period varies by brand and product. For defects within the warranty period, we will resolve the issue free of charge through repair or replacement.
